What they do

Anti-Mage is the clearest example of a hero who needs time. A short blink on a low cooldown lets him clear camps almost without stopping, and he is very hard to catch. Played well he is unstoppable by the late game; played greedily he is an eighteen-minute lesson in why teams contest farm.

Mana Void

Damages a target for every point of mana it is missing, and stuns everything around it. Punishes a team that has just spent everything.
