What they do

Phantom Assassin is built on two numbers: the chance that an attack crits for an enormous multiplier, and the chance that an incoming attack simply misses. Neither is reliable on its own, but across a fight they add up, and a farmed PA kills most heroes in two hits.

A chance on every attack to deal several times normal damage. The number on screen is the reason people pick her.
