What they do

Lina turns cast speed into damage: each spell stacks a buff that makes her attack faster, so a good Lina finishes people with right clicks after the burst. Her combo is short enough to use while running, which makes her one of the better midlaners for pressuring the map early.

Laguna Blade

A single bolt of enormous single-target damage. Kills most supports outright and forces everyone else to buy magic resistance.
